In our off-grid place, we have cards, dice, and physical books.
When the soap bar gets small, I wet it and add it onto the new bar so as not to waste that little piece.

Ireland, the Canadians and Americans and Australians did to their indigenous populations, Spain did to S. America, etc. I’m not saying it’s right or trying to excuse them, but many of the countries that condemn them have done this or are doing it.
