If you issue a certificate, you proof ownership via * challenge–response test that is validated by each node. If x% (like eg. 70%) of nodes agree that the test is passed, the block counts as validated and can be placed onto the chain. (Each node places the block on their chain and the hash must be same as hash of chain of majority of nodes)

He was not allowed to enter switzerland because Fedpol feared that he calls for violence and actively promotes Hamas (which Switzerland considers a terror organisation). As he crossed the border anyway, he got arrested and deported.
You can’t enter a country without a visa and wonder why you get arrested…
We have 7 “presidents” exactly to mitigate a one time fuckup. We definitely have 1 to 3 not very good people there, but since they are 7 and they all have to be in consensus if they do decisions, it is not as bad.
